We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Consultant to join our team and help expand our construction staffing division across East Anglia.
This role is all about developing relationships with contractors, housing developers, main contractors, civils firms, and specialist subcontractors across the region. You’ll be promoting our high-quality labour and trades staffing solutions, managing your own client portfolio, and playing a key role in our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and win new business opportunities within the Construction sector
Build strong relationships with decision makers (Directors, Site Managers, QS, Procurement, etc.)
Promote our temporary staffing solutions for Trades, Labour, and Technical roles
Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events across East Anglia
Work closely with our internal delivery/recruitment team to fulfil client requirements
Produce proposals, quotes, and commercial offers
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data
Represent the company with professionalism and high standards
About You:
Confident, outgoing and driven to succeed
Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
Comfortable pitching to site-level and director-level decision makers
Target-focused and motivated by earning potential
Must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel across the region
Experience Required:
Desirable but not essential:
Construction recruitment experience
B2B sales within the Construction sector (plant hire, materials, PPE, training, subcontract services, etc.)
