Looking for your next big opportunity in the HVAC world? Our client is on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Contracts Manager who's ready to take ownership of exciting projects and make a real impact.
You'll be at the heart of the HVAC operations, steering projects from concept through to completion. From organising teams to liaising with suppliers and ensuring safety on-site, this role blends technical know-how with strategic oversight. You'll also collaborate closely with the M&E and Interiors divisions to support larger, multi-trade projects.
A Day in the Life Might Include:
·Preparing accurate and competitive quotes for HVAC works
·Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and contractors to align on project goals
·Organising labour, equipment, and materials to keep things running smoothly
·Visiting sites regularly to keep projects on track and quickly address any changes
·Fostering great relationships with clients and team members alike
·Monitoring project costs and performance to drive profitability
·Managing site safety and compliance, including risk assessments and H&S planning
What You Bring to the Table:
·NVQ Level 3 in HVAC (or equivalent hands-on experience)
·Proven background in commercial HVAC projects
·Strong leadership and organisational skills
·A proactive mindset-comfortable working solo or as part of a team
·Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
·A full, clean UK driving licence
