Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a medium sized contractor based in Norwich for a variety of commercial, infrastructure and small works building projects.
 
You will manage the financial and contractual aspects of each project and work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your Role:
·Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
·Manage project finances, including valuations, variations, and final accounts
·Conduct risk and value management assessments
·Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
·Monitor project progress and prepare regular financial reports
·Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
 
Requirements:
·Over 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
·Strong knowledge of commercial, infrastructure, and small works projects
·Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
·Proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, estimating tools)
·Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (or equivalent experience)
·Full UK driving licence
 
Offer:
·£55,000 - £60,000 salary per annum
·Working hours 8am - 5pm fully on site
·Monday - Friday
·Working for a well-established medium sized contractor
·Norwich Location
