Atrium Healthcare is recruiting for experienced and passionate Senior Support Workers to work with children facing emotional and behavioural challenges. If you’re someone who thrives on making a real difference, this is your chance to be part of a home that provides safety, growth, and support.
What You’ll Do:

Be a consistent, caring presence for children dealing with EBD and mental health difficulties

Support the home’s management and lead by example in daily care routines

Create a structured and positive environment where young people feel heard

Help plan engaging activities that foster resilience and development

Work alongside a wider team to deliver personalised care plans
We’d Love to Hear from You If You:
✔ Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care
✔ Have experience in a similar role
✔ Understand trauma and know how to support young people in crisis
✔ Can manage behaviour with compassion and clarity
✔ Hold a full UK driving licence and your own transport
