Site Supervisor - Our client is a reputable, medium-sized construction firm with a strong presence across Norfolk and Suffolk. Known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects, they pride themselves on craftsmanship.

As a Site Supervisor / Working Foreman, you'll be hands-on in leading site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. With a strong carpentry background, you'll bring practical expertise and leadership to the team.

Your role:

  • Oversee daily site activities and manage trades on-site
  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Ensure health & safety compliance
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Carry out carpentry tasks as needed
  • Maintain quality control and progress reporting

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of all elements of building construction
  • Be methodical and demonstrate good communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate a proven track record of undertaking site supervision
  • Carpentry trade related qualification desirable
  • Current SMSTS certificate
  • First Aid Trained
