Atrium Healthcare is recruiting for a Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent outcomes for people in care.
Key Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 or QCE Level 5 (or working toward it)

2+ years in a supervisory role

Experience in social care, ideally learning disabilities

Strong understanding of compliance and care legislation

Full UK driving licence
