Slinger - Hornsea 3 Substation Project (Immediate Start)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Slinger to join the team on the Hornsea 3 onshore substation project in Norwich. This is an immediate start position working on a busy, high profile energy infrastructure site with an established civils and lifting team.

Responsibilities
·Carry out safe slinging and signalling operations for crane and lifting activities
·Work closely with the lifting team, crane operators, and supervisors
·Follow all on site health & safety procedures, especially within an HV/substation environment
·Support general site operations as required
·Maintain clear communication during all lifting tasks

Requirements
·Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller ticket
·Experience working on civils or infrastructure projects (substation experience beneficial but not essential)
·Strong understanding of safe lifting practices
·Full PPE
·Good communication skills and reliable work ethic
